The Client
RM PLC was established over 50 years ago and is the pre-eminent provider of IT solutions to the UK education market. Providing software systems, hardware, services, and infrastructure to schools, colleges, universities, and examination bodies.
The Brief
Brought in on a FTC contract to assist RM in taking to market an exciting new portfolio of IT Services to the education market. Working with the in-house product team to create the value proposition, define the target personas, new name and branding, key messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement tools to maximise the impact of this new product launch.
The Impact
The new NX-Generation managed services portfolio was successfully launched in January 2024 with a press release and social media outreach program. Following the sales training, profitable managed services deals are already starting to come in.
Aware of Alan’s reputation from working with him at NTT, he was my first choice for launching our new managed services portfolio.
